Rhonda Bassett-Spiers

President and CEO

Rhonda joined iTradeNetwork as President and CEO in 2016. She has 25+ years of Silicon Valley technology company experience in financial services and supply chain solutions.

Rhonda is a passionate leader with a solid track record of transforming companies, pioneering innovation and driving growth.

Prior to iTradeNetwork, Rhonda was the COO of CashEdge, where she helped transform and grow the business and organized the 2011 Fiserv acquisition. She also held C-level positions at Fundtech and Control4, and was a board member at BigFix, where she helped to orchestrate its acquisition by IBM in 2009.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, she graduated from USF with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and completed the Executive MBA program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Rhonda is an avid surfer, and on the weekends, can be found in the chilly waters of the northern California coast or the warm water of Kauai on vacation. When asked about her favorite perishable food, Rhonda always answers, “cheese!”

Nathan Romney

Chief Product Officer

Nathan joined iTradeNetwork with a mission to modernize the fresh supply chain. As the Chief Product Officer, Nathan is responsible for the iTradeNetwork solution platform with an emphasis on user experience and customer-centric design. He isn’t afraid to roll-up his sleeves and get into the nitty-gritty details.

Prior to iTradeNetwork, Nathan was responsible for the SaaS infrastructure at Control4, the leading provider in home automation and consumer-connected homes. Having delivered for over 500,000 connected homes and millions of connected devices, he has valuable experience delivering highly scalable transaction platforms.

When Nathan isn’t in the office, you can find him at a baseball field or local community pool watching and cheering his children on in their sports and activities.

When asked about his favorite perishable food, Nathan always answers avocados, packed with good fats and fiber.

Yonghui Zhang

Chief Technology Officer

Yonghui joined iTradeNetwork in 2017 and immediately made his mark by launching two cloud-based applications, iTradefresh and iTracefresh, in less than two years. His focus is driving continuous technological innovations in the food supply chain. Before iTradeNetwork, Yonghui worked at Fiserv as its Senior Director of Software Development, Electronic Payments. He earned his master’s degree in Information Management and Systems from University of California, Berkeley.

Yonghui is a lifelong learner who loves to hike in the Santa Cruz mountains with his family in his free time. When asked about his favorite perishable food, Yonghui said he considers Hami melon to be the best.

Jeanette Pereira, CISA, CISSP

Chief Information Security Officer

Jeanette is a highly committed CISO, with 28 years’ experience in the software industry. She has an extensive background in corporate IT architecture, operations, security, compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Before she came to iTradeNetwork, Jeanette worked at Fiserv as their Sr. Director of Security and Compliance, ePayments, Banking and Aggregation.

Since joining iTradeNetwork in 2017, Jeanette has deployed state of the art security policies and processes and built business resilience and risk assessment plans.

Jeanette stays busy cooking, landscaping and walking for fun. Her favorite perishable foods are tomatoes and berries. She considers herbs to be a staple.

Jacquelyn Kress

Senior Vice President, People & Culture

Jacquelyn joins iTradeNetwork with seven years’ experience helping SaaS companies build impactful cultures. As SVP of People & Culture, she is enthusiastic about ensuring that every employee feels valued and looks forward to coming to work every day. Prior to joining iTradeNetwork, Jacquelyn was VP of People and Culture at Smokeball.

Fun fact: Jacquelyn’s first career was as a professional opera singer! She holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Music from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, and a Performance Diploma from the Opera Institute at Boston University.

Outside of work, she’s chasing around her son and dog, frequenting the many delicious restaurants in Chicago, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, trying to find time to read a book and singing professionally on the side. When asked to share her favorite perishable, Jacquelyn said, “I’ve never met a bread I didn’t like.”

Rene Cardenas

Vice President, Strategic Planning

Rene joined iTradeNetwork in 2016 and is the team’s champion of strategic planning. He is responsible for the execution of ongoing initiatives within corporate strategy and business analysis across the organization. Prior to iTradeNetwork, he was Client Relationship Director at Fundtech/D+H.

Rene received an MBA from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BA from Santa Clara University. He speaks Spanish and Italian and admires linguists Victor Vari, Hans Orberg and Lola Pons Rodriguez. In his free time, he is a hobbyist drone pilot, grape stake fence enthusiast, and release notes reader for obscure Excel formulas and PowerPoint commands.

Rene’s biggest life accomplishment is becoming a dad. He is a big fan of the phrase “listen before speaking,” which serves him well in his role as husband and father. His favorite perishable food (and one true weakness) is peanut butter.

Logan Woods

Vice President, Finance

As Director of Finance, Logan cultivates a strong culture and collaborative environment in the finance and onboarding teams. Previously, Logan worked at Allstate in their FP&A department.

Logan graduated from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business with a BS in Finance and is currently enrolled in Stanford LEAD Program.

Outside of work, you can find Logan trying out new international recipes and traveling. His top three favorite perishables are chicken wings, peaches and asparagus.

Theresa Trees

Executive Vice President, Commercial Sales

Theresa brings more than 17 years of experience in sales and 11 years in supply chain solutions to iTradeNetwork. She is a determined leader who looks to build a strong team to help drive iTradeNetwork’s growth as EVP Commercial Sales. Before iTradeNetwork, Theresa worked in sales at SPS Commerce, Salesforce and Wells Fargo.

Theresa received her Master of Science in Administration from the University of South Dakota and graduated from Morningside College with a BA in Recreation & Physical Fitness.

Outside of work, Theresa loves to spend time with her husband, five children and pets. Her hobbies include volleyball, traveling, anything that involves being competitive and visiting her cabin in Okoboji, Iowa. Her favorite perishable food is a toss-up between cauliflower and brussels sprouts.

Ryan Licari

Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Ryan Licari joins iTradeNetwork with over 25 years’ experience with complex solutions for enterprises, including sales, GTM and sales leadership experience with Oracle, Salesforce and Visier and consulting experience with Accenture.

As EVP of Enterprise Sales at iTradeNetwork, Ryan will lead, foster and grow the gold-standard enterprise sales team. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his MBA from the University of Maryland.

A third-generation grocer, Ryan stocked shelves in his family’s grocery store since he was old enough to reach them. In his free time, Ryan stays active, spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling, enjoying good food and staying up to date on financial markets and sports, including baseball, basketball, football and golf. He is also proudly coaches his kids’ softball team. In Ryan’s opinion, the upstate New York tomato is the perishable that can’t be beat.

Katie Reed

Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Katie has spent nearly 20 years working with strategic customers to drive meaningful outcomes and provide added value by establishing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. As VP of Customer Success, Katie drives a customer-focused mindset throughout all areas of the organization. She maintains regular engagement with iTradeNetwork’s largest customers, enabling them to achieve their goals. Prior to iTradeNetwork, Katie worked for Optymyze and Synygy.

Katie received a BS in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.

As an outdoor enthusiast, Katie spends most of her time enjoying the beach, running, hiking and traveling. In her book, raspberries take the cake – and you can’t beat raspberry cheesecake for dessert!

Lamia Barrington

Senior Vice President, Deal Management & Professional Services

As VP of Deal Management, Lamia has streamlined and automated the iTradeNetwork contracting process to make it easier for customers to leverage iTradeNetwork’s services quickly. Before iTradeNetwork, she worked at Optymyze, WIRB-Copernicus Group and Smartsheet.

Lamia holds a BA in Political Science from Seattle University.

In her free time, Lamia enjoys cooking for her husband and three girls and training for marathons. She considers her morning runs as her “me” time and uses it to get inspired. Lamia is a proud immigrant to the U.S. Her first language is Arabic, her second is French and she is currently trying to learn Spanish. As for her favorite perishable, it’s definitely cheese, which is “to die for.”

Mike Anderson

Vice President, Sales Solutions

For more than 20 years, Mike has educated people about the power of technology and its capabilities. He believes that technology is the answer to even the most difficult supply chain problems. As VP of Sales Solutions, Mike enjoys improving the availability and quality of food traceability data to make our food supply chain safer. Prior to iTradeNetwork, Mike worked at Optymyze as their Solutions Director.

Mike received his BA in Economics from Regents College and holds an MBA from Hodges University.

Outside of work, Mike spends quality time with his 7-year-old daughter and plays online wargames. His favorite perishable is the Cosmic Crisp apple. It was love at first bite.

Amir Rashidifar

Vice President, Design

Amir brings more than 20 years of experience in technology design to the iTradeNetwork team. He aims to bring more transparency, efficiency and accountability to the supply chain industry by creating exceptional user experiences and adaptive technologies that seamlessly integrate with users’ daily lives.

Amir received his Masters in Human-Computer Interaction and Design at the University of California, Irvine, and holds an Executive Leadership degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

When he isn’t studying emerging technologies and fantasizing about where humanity will be in 100 years, Amir loves to camp, study astronomy and spend time with his family. As for his favorite perishable, he can’t pick just one.

Sara Metzger

Senior Director, Solutions Consulting

As Sr. Director of Solutions Consulting, Sara is always working to discover new ways to utilize technology to enhance lives and to solve complex problems across all industries.

Sara received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University and spent only a few months crush-testing spinal devices before deciding she might be more comfortable with a career in the SaaS world.

When she isn’t working, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, tackling home improvement projects, running and just generally over-organizing all aspects of her life.

When asked about her favorite perishable, she said “Does hot sauce count?”

John Stoebe

RVP, Commercial Sales

John has more than 10 years of experience in technology sales and operations and previously worked at SportRadar, Aon, SPS Commerce and Delaget. His professional passion is to build a dynamic, sales-led culture at iTradeNetwork.

John studied political science and business at both James Madison University and Carson-Newman University.

When he isn’t working, John enjoys playing golf, exercising, traveling and spending family time with his wife and daughters. His family spends time exploring the outdoors at their lake house in Wisconsin. When asked about his favorite perishable, he stated, “The potato has amazing versatility – it’s like the utility infielder of the vegetable world!”

Riley Stroik

RVP, Commercial Sales

Riley comes to iTradeNetwork with over 10 years’ experience in technology sales. Throughout his career, his driven nature has helped him exceed revenue targets, trailblaze success in new markets and build cross-functional excellence. Prior to iTradeNetwork, Riley worked for Salesforce, SWK Technologies and SPS Commerce.

As RVP of Sales, Riley plans to establish a foundation for more expansive conversations with customers on the power of iTradeNetwork’s platform and how it can help solve critical challenges. Riley graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys exercising, playing ice hockey, spending summers on the lake and hanging out with his wife, daughter, son and “zoo” of pets. His passions are traveling and eating great food. When asked his favorite perishable, Riley responded, “bacon… enough said.”

Erin Smith

RVP, Commercial Sales

Erin has a proven history of exceeding revenue goals, driving new customer adoption and building high-performing teams. She is a long-time student and teacher of value-based selling, with a deep understanding of the Supply Chain, CPG and Retail industries. Before coming to iTradeNetwork, Erin built sales teams at Crisp and SPS Commerce, where she was known for creating excellent team culture.

Erin attributes her studies in political science, psychology and ultimately, her bachelor’s degree in advertising, to her success in sales. Erin graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Erin tries to travel internationally at least twice a year. Getting outside her normal day-to-day is what continues to drive and inspire her. At home, you can often find her and her son exploring new restaurants in the Twin Cities. Their favorite activity is finding and trying new foods.
